Returns

    Our Return Policy is as follow:

  • If you are not satisfy with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 10 business days. We are happy to issue you a refund or store credit in the form of a Top Miami Fashion E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire!
  • We do not accept items that are send back without contacting us first.

  • Please contact us via e-mail at support@topmiamifashion.shop and include the following information: your order number, your name, and the item being returned. Top Miami Fashion's customer service will reply with a return number for the item(s). Please include this return number in the return package.

Returned items must meet these requirements:

  • Returned within 10 business days of receipt of receiving your order.
  • In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains, free of odor and still have the original tags attached.

Helpful Hint: We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.

Non-returnable items include (refunds/store credit not accepted): Formal gowns, swimsuits and sale items.

Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to Top Miami Fashion.

Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via e-mail once your return has been processed. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
